“The best parts of life stem from connecting with and sharing joy, love and enthusiasm with others, and the hardest parts of life are made less heavy by connecting and sharing with others. My mission is to help people connect with trust and understand themselves, and as a result create deeper connections, trust, and understanding of others which naturally creates a more fulfilling, peaceful life for each of my clients. I welcome and will meet you where you are at, and I will be honored to be part of the process of healing to where you want to be.”                                                                —Rachel
